When you have passed the screening process and phone interview, our Project Lead will inform you about upcoming projects for which you qualify. Depending on the current demand and needed expertise, this can be anywhere between 1 to 8 weeks.
When you are selected for a project, the Project Lead will inform you about deliverables. Within these periods, you are free to decide when you want to work. However, we expect you to be available for calls and texts over Skype, phone and Slack during office hours.
First of all, demonstrable working experience in your field of expertise is required. We don't require specific years of working experience, because we've learnt that actual gained expertise can vary much between one person and another. By demonstrable experience, we mean that you should be able to show us tangible proof, such as a design or code portfolio, accompanied with a compelling story of your role in a certain project, the biggest challenges and how you've tackled them.
Besides field expertise we apply a diverse set of screening techniques to assess your language skills, knowledge about culture and business etiquette and general knowledge of digital and societal trends.
We welcome you to propose an hourly rate that you think is representative for your working experience and skills. We compare your proposal with the rest of our Talent Network, taking into account variables such as years of experience, supply and demand of your skillset, project urgency and local currency value.
Every project starts with a Team Formation process initiated by our Project Lead. When you are selected for a project, we inform you by email, Skype or phone. Upon your acceptance, you will be introduced to the other team members in the Project Kick-off meeting.
